Andy is the Chief Executive Officer of LeanDNA, the intelligent supply chain execution platform for modern manufacturers. Andy is a proven technology executive with a proven track record of growing and scaling enterprise SaaS companies at the intersection of business analytics and intelligence. Previously, he served as CEO at growth-stage companies including STAQ, Peer39 and quadrantONE. In addition, he has held go-to-market leadership roles including Executive Vice President Sales & Service at MediaMath, Senior Vice President of global sales and operations at Pointroll, and running the Americas technology business for advertisers and agencies at DoubleClick.
Richard is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of LeanDNA, the intelligent supply chain execution platform for modern manufacturers. Prior to LeanDNA, Richard was the founder and CEO of Austin-based Factory Logic, Inc. (acquired by SAP), which he started in 1997. He built Factory Logic into a leading provider of software that models the Toyota Production System and won the Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence in 2001. His unique experience bridges the world of shop-floor manufacturing and supply chain with on-demand analytical tools to support analysis and lean execution. He led lean conversion projects in 15 countries that converted traditional enterprises to Lean manufacturing. Richard is also a board member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME).
John has over 30 years of experience in finance. John’s deep expertise in finance and business has helped him build successful companies ranging in industries as diverse as tech, private equity, and medical device design. As CFO, John helped grow OutBound Engine and Packet Design and led them through successful exits. John also co-founded the medical device company SpineSelect which drove better patient outcomes through spinal technologies.
Jordan Slabaugh is the Chief Marketing Officer at LeanDNA where she oversees marketing and go-to-market strategies to enable global manufacturers to discover the value of inventory optimization and execution solutions for today’s dynamic supply chain.
Jordan has nearly 20 years of marketing, communications, and leadership experience across disruptive Enterprise SaaS companies and global marketing agencies. She joined LeanDNA after serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Bloomfire where she led go to market growth efforts to double the company’s revenue and a successful growth investment purchase. Prior to Bloomfire, she led the Edelman Digital Marketing Southwest U.S. practice and held marketing leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies including Wayin, Spredfast, and Convio.
Daniel listens—to customers, prospects, and the teams he leads. He’s constantly trying to better understand how to have a positive impact on the people and companies he influences. His focus is squarely on their goals and how he can serve as a guide toward reaching them. Daniel has deep expertise in both lean manufacturing and supply chain, which equips him to drive improvement for customers and the LeanDNA solution itself. As a leader, Daniel fosters transparency, accountability, and collaboration to steer his teams toward daily improvement.
Sabari is an accomplished product leader with over 20 years of experience in developing and scaling B2B SaaS platforms across various industries, including manufacturing and distribution. He is dedicated to tackling complex industry challenges through automation, leveraging intuitive, user-centric software to deliver tangible business value to customers. Prior to joining LeanDNA, Sabari held prominent product leadership roles at JAMF and Zilliant. His extensive professional background also encompasses expertise in data science and business consulting, further enhancing his ability to drive innovation and success.
Marc Schriftman is the Vice President of Engineering at LeanDNA, where he leads engineering strategy and oversees the development of the company’s supply planning and inventory optimization platform. He is responsible for accelerating product delivery, fostering a culture of innovation, and strengthening LeanDNA’s technological capabilities to meet the evolving needs of global manufacturers.
Marc brings extensive experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams at fast-paced, disruptive technology companies. Before joining LeanDNA, he held leadership roles at AffiniPay, Arrive Logistics, and Spredfast (now Khoros), where he modernized engineering practices, advanced data-driven decision-making, and increased development velocity.
Lindsey joins LeanDNA as Vice President of Customer Success, bringing an entrepreneur's instincts to the role. She spent the past three years leading Customer Success at Zello and, before that, four-plus years at AlertMedia, where she built and scaled the CS organization as VP of Customer Success, including through the company's acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. She got her start running her own business, and that founder mentality still shows up in how she works: hands-on, commercially minded, and genuinely invested in her customers' success. Customers can expect a partner who knows what it's like to be on the other side of the table.
