Two honors spotlight Slabaugh's work building workforce-development programs for the discrete manufacturing supply chain.
AUSTIN, Texas — Sept. 15, 2026 — LeanDNA, a leading intelligent supply chain execution platform, today announced that Chief Marketing Officer Jordan Slabaugh has received two industry honors: a 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award in the Workforce Innovator category, presented by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine, and a finalist honor for the second year in a row in the Austin Business Journal's 2026 Women in Business awards.
“Jordan has spent the past three years building a platform for our customers and for the broader supply chain profession, not just for LeanDNA,” said Andy Ellenthal, CEO of LeanDNA. “These two honors recognize her consistent drive to shine a light on emerging leaders and give them platforms to share their expertise.”
The Women in Supply Chain Awards recognize female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of a company's supply chain network. Slabaugh was recognized in the Workforce Innovator category, which honors leaders whose efforts in supply chain education and workforce development help build a stronger industry pipeline. She will be formally recognized at the Women in Supply Chain Forum™, Nov. 17-19 in Charleston, S.C.
Since joining LeanDNA as CMO in 2023, Slabaugh has built a portfolio of programs designed to give supply chain practitioners a bigger stage and a stronger voice in the C-suite. She launched LeanDNA's invite-only Manufacturing Excellence Summit in 2024 and scaled it in 2025 to more than 85 supply chain leaders from over 40 discrete manufacturing brands, including Carrier, Daikin Applied, Flowserve, Johnson Controls, Mercury, Modine, MSA Safety, Siemens and Spirit AeroSystems, with women executives — among them Elena Rodriguez of Flowserve and Swetha Reddy of Duravant — leading keynote and panel sessions.
She also created the APEX Awards, LeanDNA's customer recognition program honoring individual practitioners. Jordan also spearheads LeanDNA's annual Wakefield Research study, giving supply chain professionals third-party data to make the case for investment and strategic priority inside their companies. Under her leadership, LeanDNA's customer advocacy program was named a 2025 CAP Award finalist for Customer Advocacy Excellence.
Slabaugh was also named a finalist in the Austin Business Journal's 2026 Women in Business awards for the second year in a row, which honors women in Central Texas who have forged their own path and developed their own leadership principles. Finalists were recognized at ABJ's awards luncheon Aug. 21 in Austin. Jordan was recognized for her marketing leadership at LeanDNA and her mentorship record outside it, including her work recruiting and coaching women supply chain executives into keynote and award opportunities, a decade on the SXSW Interactive Advisory Board, and seven years co-hosting an annual Friendsgiving fundraiser benefiting The Sunshine Camps and the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM).
“Supply chain practitioners are taught to talk about their work in operational terms, and that costs them a seat at the table their results have already earned,” said Slabaugh. “If the Summit, the APEX Awards or our research gives even a few more of them the language and the data to change that conversation inside their own companies, that matters more to me than the recognition itself.”
