The key phases of deployment are as follows:
Data Collection and Analysis
Based on their extensive knowledge of Enterprise software Applications, and your specific requirements, our consulting teams can provide exceptional skills in developing a LeanDNA Solution that maps our LeanDNA functionality to your business processes.
The first step is to collect the information necessary to smoothly configure On-Demand Enterprise to link with your existing systems. A document will be provided to the team upon project kickoff that will list out the data required for rapid configuration. LeanDNA is sensitive to the time constraints of the plant and other resources, and all the data has specific uses in identifying, validating, and quantifying the level of benefits and costs.
Plant Workflow Design and Configuration
The team will work together to map out the daily and weekly workflow for the main users of the On-Demand Enterprise. This is typical the Production Scheduler/Planner, Lean Manufacturing Engineer, Materials Manager, and Supply Chain Logistics.
Based on the workflow requirements, On-Demand Enterprise will be configured to support daily operation.
User training
On-site or remote training is performed for the main Users. Web-based training is also available for additional Users and for additional on-going training for existing Users. In preparation for the Go-Live, the Users will be provided full access to a training version of On-Demand Enterprise that has been fully configured for your plant. When the team is ready, they can begin using the liver version of On-Demand Enterprise for daily operation.
LeanDNA provides each company with both an Execution and Analysis model of the plant. The Execution model is used for daily operation, and the analysis model can be used for future planning and evaluating different what-if scenarios.
Go-Live and Progress Monitoring
Once the system is live, LeanDNA can provide ongoing monitoring and support.
